New PhD student: Maria Castro

We welcome Maria Castro as a new PhD student. Maria joins us from the University of Sao Paolo where she finished a MSc in Hydraulic and Sanitation. Maria will be working on hydrological and hydraulic modeling of watersheds in Arizona and Utah.
